📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our nonprofit! We take great care in packaging and shipping each order. Please review the following to understand how we handle shipping, tracking, and delivery issues.

Shipping Providers

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, based on your selection at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by us or the carriers.

🏠 Address Accuracy – Important!

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Our system downloads exactly what you enter at checkout, and shipping carriers process labels based on that information.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to outdated, incomplete, or incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error:

- You may request to have it re-shipped, but a new shipping fee will apply.

- We cannot refund original shipping fees, as these fees are not refunded to us by the carrier.

🚚 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Mailing labels are generated automatically by our postage platform that downloads the addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your address before completing a transaction.

Once your order leaves our shop, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). If your tracking shows the item as delivered, but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building managers.

  2. Contact the carrier directly:

  3. Open a missing mail or lost package claim with the carrier.

We are happy to provide copies of shipping receipts and tracking details to help support your claim.

Final Notes

  • We cannot be not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed after they leave our facility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including carrier delays, mis-delivery, and non-deliveries.
