🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission! Each purchase helps fund meaningful work, and we’re grateful for your support. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Request is made within seven of receiving your order.

- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- The item is returned with any original packaging or tags, if applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our operations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

- Final sale or clearance items

- Items returned after seven days

- Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear

💸 Refunds & Credits

- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost.

- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received and approved.

🚚 Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

If your return is the result of a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return label.

📦 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us to request an exchange. If eligible, we’ll guide you through the process. Exchange items will be shipped once we receive your original item. Return and new shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for understanding.
